About the Event
Harmony Circles are a way for us to switch out of overwhelm and burn out and into to trust and ease. We allow our own biochemistry to assist us in moving out of the adrenalized state of fight, flight and freeze and into a space of tend and befriend. This allows us to connect with ourselves and other women in a new way.
